Known for her roles in Blue Velvet and Death Becomes Her as well as a late bloomed and long lived modeling career, Isabella Rossellini has certainly made a name for herself in the world of fashion and film.
Born to Swedish actress Ingrid Bergman and Italian director Robert Rossellini, Isabella was raised in Rome and Paris before moving to New York at the age of 19 in 1971. During the late 70s and early 80s, Isabella began acting in a few films for the likes of David Lynch and Martin Scorsese, whom she was married to from 1979-1982. During the 80s, Rossellini could be found in Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar and Vanity Fair, even though she started her career at 28. It wasn't until 1984, Rossellini began her 14 year tenure as the face of Lancome. Since then, the model and actress has continued to appear in print and in film.
